Question by The Drat. Penny Dreadful: why cardio/aerobics first thing in the morning?
I thought that if you waited to do your cardio/aerobics until the later part of the day, you could burn off some of what you ate?. so, why is it best to do it first thing in the morning??

It jumpstarts your metabolism so you tend to burn more calories all day
I find that I am more rested in the mornings, but unfortunately have to do my cardio after work.
